Ingredients:

1 1/2 parts 42BELOW Vodka

1/3 part elderflower cordial

2 parts apple juice or apple cider

2 parts white grapefruit juice

Grapefruit wedge to garnish

 

Method:

Fill a highball glass with ice, and squeeze in a wedge of grapefruit. Add 42BELOW Vodka, elderflower and apple juice, and top with grapefruit juice. Stir well, and serve.
