Ingredients:

40 ml Finlandia Classic

30 ml lemon juice

20 ml simple syrup

egg white

soda water

garnish – lemon wheel and a cherry

Method:

Shake all the ingredients beside the soda water inside a cockatil shaker filled with ice. Strain into a tall glass with ice. Top off with soda water and garnish.
