Ingredients:

Pastis

50 ml Fundador

2 dashes of Peychaud’s

10 ml simple syrup

Method:

Wash the inner side of a cocktail glass with some pastis. Into a cocktail shaker pour all the rest of the ingredients with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into the cocktail glass.
