Pastis Royer

Ingredients:

pastis

50 ml Louis Royer

2 dashes of Peychaud’s

10 ml simple syrup

 

Method:

Wash the inside of a cocktail glass with Pastis. In a cocktail shaker stir together the rest of the ingredients until chilled and strain to the cocktail glass.
