Domaine François Martenot

Bourgogne, France, one of the 26 official wine regions in the country, is home to some of the best Chardonnay grapes. The grapes are harvested, separated from the clusters and pressed before fermentation occurs in stainless steel containers. After fermentation, the grapes remain for maceration in the liquid to extract the flavors and aromas.

Color: Deep yellow.
Aroma: Scents of roasting and blooming with hints of minerals expressed in delicate tropical fruits.
Taste: Medium-bodied, medium-bodied, medium-bodied.
It is recommended to serve the wine at a temperature of 8 – 10 °, next to fish dishes, chicken and cold meats.
