85% Shiraz, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.

12 months in French oak (10% new), with the balance in seasoned French and American oak hogsheads.

COLOUR: Deep, dark crimson
NOSE: Complex. Dark sour cherry… and a brandy-snap lift. Savoury notes – sage, bayleaf
PALATE: An amalgam of berried fruits and mixed spices. An appealing pana cotta, bruleed/custardy creaminess. Focussed tannins and sensitive.
