The Pflaz region is one of the main growing areas of Germany. The Romans were the first to bring the cultivated grape varieties to the region. The winery vineyards are rated at the Pflaz QBA level, indicating the quality and place of official growth. The Gewurztraminer grapes are harvested at the peak of their maturity with controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel containers.
