Ingredients:

30 ml The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years Old

coocked sweet potato

4 slices of orange

sesame

Method:

Crush in the bottom of a tin the sweet potato and orange slices. Add The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years Old and ice and shake vigorously for 5-8 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with sweet potato and sesame.
